Dei uma pesquisada em we'd better e é uma expressão que significa we had better = é melhor nós
Logo após a expressão é só colocar o verbo na sua forma natural que sai no infitivo

Faltou if e está em estrutura de pergunta pois have vem antes do sujeito.
