Olá ASPIRADEDEU,

I) First conditional - if they have money, they will build a big house.

II) Second conditional - if you went out more, you would meet a few people.

III) Third conditional - if he had cleaned his restaurant, he would have got more customers.

IV) Third conditional, nesse caso ele usou a forma continuous do past perfect - if she hadn't been driving so fast, she wouldn't have crashed her car.

V) Second conditional - if we had a car, we wouldn't have to spend all our time waiting for the buses. Nesse caso, existe um modal verb que é o have to. Se fosse third conditional teríamos: if we had had a car, we wouldn't have had to spend...
